As 2023 came to a close, the Halifax Real Estate Market held steady. With an average sold price for single-family homes of $545K, up just one percent over last year, we began to see some stabilization in the market. The number of sales are down year over year, and with low inventory, we are in the midst of a strong sellers market. Expect to see some competition amongst buyers resurface; especially with properly priced properties.
