    Since 2007, Andrew has been keenly interested in condos and boasts an impressive track record of success in the field. He purchased his first pre-construction condo at Theatre Lofts in Downtown Halifax in 2011 and served as the condo board president for 8 years. Today, he resides at The Keep on Quinpool Rd where he served as president of the Condo board from 2021-2023. In 2012, Andrew created HalifaxCondos.co - an information hub for buyers, sellers and investors of Halifax Condos.

    Andrew has lived in Halifax for over 20 years and proudly calls it home. In his spare time Andrew enjoys playing music, golfing and supporting local sports team - Halifax Mooseheads and Halifax Thunderbirds.

    A graduate of Acadia University, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and analytical thinking. Additionally, her passion for design led her to pursue studies in Graphic Design at NSCC, diversifying her skill set and enhancing her ability to create captivating marketing materials. At Andrew Perkins Real Estate, Jordan’s primary responsibilities include transaction coordination, marketing, and ensuring exceptional client care. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure smooth and efficient operations, facilitating seamless transactions for our clients.

    Jordan's background in both Biology and Graphic Design uniquely positions her to excel in her role of assisting clients in real estate.     Currently on Maternity Leave until February 2025, Jordan recently welcomed her and her husband Tyler’s first child, their adorable daughter Daphne. With a post-secondary education in marketing and advertising from Holland College, Brynn seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry, driven by a passion not only for marketing but also guiding clients through significant life decisions. Originally from Prince Edward Island, Brynn has had the opportunity to live in various cities across the country such as Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto, ultimately finding her home in Halifax in recent years.

    Armed with a wealth of experience in digital marketing, Brynn's expertise encompasses everything from strategy building to content creation and social media marketing to targeted advertising campaigns. Her experience in real estate marketing, particularly in the Pre-Construction sector in the GTA, provided her with invaluable insights into the industry's intricacies. Now, as she steps in to cover administrative duties during Jordan's maternity leave, Brynn looks forward to pursuing her licensing exam in 2024, marking the beginning of her journey as a Realtor with our team in 2025.
